Trayvon Martin’s father was in Bakersfield recently speaking to students at Cal State Bakersfield. The local newspaper made him appear on the front page as if he was some father of the year who had a dire message for humanity. This was while CHADMAN was in class at another college in town watching a fellow veteran and student exaggerate their military service. This got him thinking about how people will believe anything, so long as it is told and wrote to them in the right way. The guys discuss all of this, along with racism and parenthood. Since after all, Trayvon Martin’s father was an ‘apparent’ example of both. RANDY brings that local newspaper to the studio and the guys have the greatest of times proving that the newspaper industry is dying. They also go on to show how all of the mainstream media takes stories out of context in order to promote their own desires and views.
